I have spent my career inside equipment-driven businesses, leading operations, managing teams, improving processes, and building systems that create measurable growth. At North Florida Equipment Rentals, I worked my way from the wash rack to CEO, spending most of my tenure as Operations Manager before stepping into executive leadership. During my final two years with the company, rental revenue increased by 70%. I have managed service operations, personnel, sales, equipment, vendors, logistics, safety, and customer relationships. Today, I use that operator-level experience to help businesses replace informal, “in-the-head” processes with clear systems, stronger accountability, and practical execution that supports better performance.
